A cozy apartment (30 square meters, first floor) located within 12 walking minutes from the nearest beach and center of Malinska.

 

The apartment features living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and (private) 6 square meters balcony with a sea view. Living room/kitchen area features  one sofa which may accommodate 1 or 2 (extra) persons. The kitchen is fully equipped (electronic herd, fridge, dishes, microwave, toaster, etc).  

 

The bedroom features 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and there are doors leading to the balcony which has awning (protection from the sun). In addition, you can also use another  common shared  terrace located on the same floor.

Bed linens, towels, parking lot and WiFi are provided at no cost. Pets only upon request. This is a non-smoker room.
